On March 24th Warner Bros. will be releasing Star Wars: The Clone Wars: A Galaxy Divided which will bring to DVD four episodes from the animated series.
The included episodes will be Ambush, Rising Malevolence, Shadow Of Malevolence and Destroy Malevolence.
However if you’re a big fan of the show and are thing, “Gee, I don’t want to own just four episodes, I want the whole gosh darn season 1!” Then don’t fret cause later in 2009 the complete Season 1 will be released on DVD and Blu-ray but no dates have been set for that.
It is stated that special features for the Season 1 box set are currently in production but there has been no mention of special features A Galaxy Divided.
So unless you really just can’t wait for the whole season and need a fix straight away or you don’t mind double dipping or you really just want these four episodes then this is the box set for your and you’ll be paying $19.98 for it. Running time is 88 minutes.
