But yes, Miramax has announced a Blu-ray release of Sin City for April 21st 2009. Retail will be around $35.99. The 2-disc release will include theatrical and extended cuts of the film – presented in widescreen along with English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Extras will include a commentary with Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller, a second commentary with Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino, an all new “Kill em Good” Interactive Comic Book, multiple featurettes (How It Went Down: Convincing Frank Miller To Make The Film, Special Guest Director: Quentin Tarantino, A Hard Top With A Decent Engine: The Cars of Sin City, Booze, Broads, and Guns: The Props of Sin City, Making the Monsters: Special Effects Make-up, Trench Coats & Fishnets: The Costumes of Sin City), additional Robert Rodriquez features, and trailers.
