The Hills – Episode 5-3 Review

As the last lauren-featured season continues, the Speidi fighting escalates. If you ask me, it’s just a big ploy to prove they can have their own drama-filled show sans lauren.

Kelly cutrone asks lauren to bring in a friend to intern, but to be careful about who she refers. Stephanie and Lauren have lunch and coincidentally, she wants in at people’s revolution. Lauren promises to nab her an interview. I don’t know how smart that decision is…

Heidi’s home with Spencer and they argue about the bartender/ex-bf drama. Heidi asks him if he saw Stacey while she was gone and he says no. Hmm…

It’s Stephanie’s interview at people’s revolution and she’s nervous. She doesn’t exactly do the best job with the overly intimidating Kelly. The best part is when Kelly speaks french to her and she just stares blankly. Love it.

Heidi and Stephanie grab dinner and decide to go out and try to spy on spencer. Stacey is especially flirty and cuddly with him as they toast a shot to Heidi. Weird and extra bitchy if you ask me. Heidi walks in and Spencer looks like he might throw up as he notices his pissed off girl. Creepy Charlie yells at Heidi and Stephanie hilariously insults stacey. “Do you own pants?” she asks her. Now this is good TV.

Heidi says she’s going to break up with him! I would act really excited if it weren’t for the fact that they’ve been seen in public together recently and still seem together. Figures.

Kelly tells lauren (in a really bitchy/weird way) that Stephanie seems a mess, but she’ll give her a chance. It’s all on Lauren though if she messes up.

Heidi gives Spencer an ultimatum. It’s either therapy or break-up. She gives it to him good! I actually cheered for Heidi for once. Spencer just sits there with a scowl on his repulsive scruffy face.

Audrina makes an appearance next week as she crushes on brody. Heidi and Spencer try therapy while Stephanie’s new internship is turning into Lauren’s nightmare.
