News

Batista expresses his desire to turn heel again before his career is over, and talks about the fact that he plans to decide when his career will end when his contract expires next year, at the Mirror. He also reveals that he was set to appear at this year’s Wrestlemania until he was scratched three days before the show.

Gregory “Hurricane” Helms’ latest myspace blog entry explains why he’s holding a mic backstage on ECW instead of competing in the ring. He wants to give announcing a shot, and is taking a wait and see approach about getting in the ring again. He also talks about meeting Kim Kardashian and Evander Holyfield and the the last two Wrestlemanias (and how dating Velvet Sky helped him no sell the former encounter), among other things.

Finally, former WWE Superstar/long time IWC punchline Outback Jack appeared on the World Wrestling Insanity radio show, and PWI has highlights. Jack says that he and Hillbilly Jim were slated for a tag title run at one point. Oh, and he thinks Vince has a big ego. A page with a full rundown of the interview’s topics can be found here. Seems like you need to be a paying customer to listen, though.
