Blu-ray News: Warner Bros. Details The Blind Side

With a box office of more than $230 million and two Oscar nominations, Warner Brothers has revealed it is bringing The Blind Side starring Sandra Bullock to home video on March 23, 2010. The Blu-ray Disc will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and deleted scenes (which are also available on the DVD release).

Extras that are exclusive to Blu-ray include conversations with Sandra Bullock and the woman she portrayed in the film (Leigh Anne Tuohy) as well as conversations with writer-director John Lee Hancock and Blind Side author Michael Lewis. Also included are two featurettes (Acting Coaches: Behind the Blind Side and The Story of Big Quinton) and an interview with Michael Oher.

The release will also include a DVD and digital copy.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $35.99.
