Tyler Black has a new blog up titled “Finally”, reflecting upon his journey to the ROH World Championship, as well as his current issues with Roderick Strong. Click here to read it.
A tag team match featuring El Generico & Colt Cabana vs. The House of Truth (Josh Raymond & Christian Able) has been signed for ROH’s Dearborn, MI debut on March 19th.
The next night, in Mississauga, ON, Colt Cabana will take on Steve Corino in a grudge match. Click here for an article chronicling the feud.
Eddie Edwards vs. Petey Williams has also been signed for Mississauga.
Alex Koslov has been confirmed for one of ROH’s Wrestlemania weekend shows in Phoenix, AZ. On March 26th, Koslov will wrestle Rocky Romero in a rematch of their Final Battle 2009 encounter, which Romero won.
Also recently signed to appear in Phoenix are the following: The Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli), Eddie Edwards, Shawn Daivari, Joey Ryan, Bison Smith, and “Skullkrusher” Rasche Brown. Jim Cornette will be on hand for a free pre-show meet-and-greet on both nights as well.
ROH has signed the luchador Solar, one-third of the “Cadetes del Espacio”, for “The Big Bang!” in Charlotte, NC, on April 3rd. Other luchadors confirmed for this event include Blue Demon, Jr; Super Parka, Cassandro, and Magno.
ROH is paying Bryan Danielson tribute on “taking the NeXT step in his career” by running a special sale on a number on DVD’s on which Danielson is featured. 2009 DVD’s are available $15, and older ones are available for $10. Click here for details.
