Jonathan Penner

I am putting Jonathan Penner on this list mainly because I know how many other experts out there value his game. I do not feel he was one of the best, but certainly better than average because of his ability to always see what his best move was, and acting on it (regardless of how others felt about him). He joined with Yul, but then mutinied on him when Candice did, only to join back up with him I think that Cook Islands was so overpowered by Yul and Ozzy that everyone else had an uphill battle to climb .
