TNA Future Plans for Mick Foley & Hernandez

News

Hernandez is going to be kept off of Impact and TNA house shows for a while in order to sell his head injury at the hands of Matt Morgan, who will claim to be the one-man tag-team champion. Morgan will pick a different partner at each house show. He chose Rob Terry on March 26 in Columbus, GA. Homicide coming to check on Hernandez after the injury is expected to play into the storyline, so there may well be an LAX reunion in the works. Hernandez will be working for AAA in Mexico for the next two months, which does air in the USA.

Mick Foley is also going to be kept off of Impact for a while to sell the angle where he was fired. He wrote on his Myspace blog about how he was preparing for a new life after wrestling. His non-wrestling books did not do as well as expected so his plans for future novels have been put on hold. He is looking to continue doing stand-up comedy in New York and hopes to be able to get a recurring spot on The Daily Show, which he has appeared on in a few skits already.
