Christina Aguilera has defended herself against claims she has re-styled herself to be more like Lady Gaga.
Responding to comments made by rapper Akon, who signed Lady Gaga to his Kon Live Distribution label before she hit the big time, Aguilera said she was unaffected by the criticism.
In an interview with US radio station Q100, she said: “It just comes with the territory. That, in particular, is not even worth wasting the breath to comment on.
“I’ve been around for over a decade and I think my work speaks for itself.”
