Geoffrey Santini’s civil suit against the Saints has been withdrawn after the Saints invokes a clause in Santini’s contract allowing them to send the case to arbitration rather than court.
The move will not affect the federal governments investigation into the situation in which Saints officials allegedly tried to cover up the theft of large amount of Vicodin by team officals.
