Seattle Seahawks have released RB LenDale White, weeks after acquiring him in a trade. No reason for the release was given, other than he “wasn’t doing good.”
The Tennessee Titans traded White to the Seahawks with tackle Kevin Vickerson for a couple of lower round picks. Many Seahawk fans expected big things from White, who was being reunited with from USC coach Pete Carroll.
There is seculation that White was facing a 4-game suspension for violating the NFL Drug Policy; there has been no official word if this is true.
