On September 14, Lionsgate Home Entertainment will release Jacob’s Ladder on Blu-ray.
Directed by Adrian Lyne and staring Tim Robbins, Jacob’s Ladder is about a Vietnam veteren who begins to experience bizarre hallucinations that cause him to question his very reality.
The number of films that have either ripped-off or played homage (and really, what is the difference?) to Jacob’s Ladder is numerous. But naming any one of those films would spoil what is a genuinely clever ending to a great film.
Special features on the Blu-ray will include an audio commentary by the director, deleted scenes, a making-of featurette and the film’s theatrical trailer.
