Justice Society Of America To Once Again Be Readable; Marc Guggenheim Named New Writer!

News

Oh thank God, seriously, I missed reading JSA and it’s not like I was going to keep reading it under Willingham’s craptastic pen.

But yes, Marc Guggenheim has been named as the new ongoing writer moving forward, my guess being that his run will be starting after Robinson’s JLA/JSA crossover where he’s just writing both books instead of trusting another writer to do half of his work.

This will be Guggenheim’s first project since returning to DC, as he was supposed to be writing the Lex Luthor story in Action Comics but passed it off to Paul Cornell before the book reached solicits. With any luck, his JSA will not only be readable, but will also bring back fans that have been burned by the past year of JSA comics.

While no interior artist has been named, Shane Davis is confirmed for cover art.
