Wolverine kicks her off of X-Force for much the same reasons he’s discussed in the past, the guilt he feels for including her in that. How she was used by both Cyclops and him and how it was no different from what Weapon X did to him and the Facility did to her. That now it’s time for her to make her own decisions, that she has to ask herself what she wants.
Laura has absolutely no idea, as it’s not exactly like she’s ever once been asked that question in her entire life. So Logan walks off telling her that her new orders, her new mission, is to give them to herself for a change.
