WWE Diva Arrested, Suspended

News

WWE Smackdown Diva Tiffany (real name Taryn Terrell, who joined WWE in 2008 after being one of the final 8 in the prior year’s Diva Search) was arrested on the morning of August 8, according to a report at PWInsider.com.

WWE has indefinitely suspended her as of now, and she was charged with a misdemeanor against Drew McIntyre (her husband) following a domestic disturbance the previous night at a hotel. The two were in the Los Angeles, CA, area doing promotional work for tomorrow’s Summerslam PPV.

The report goes on to say that security and then police were called, leading to Terrell being booked at the Van Nuys Valley Jail that morning, and released on $20,000 bail in the afternoon. WWE sent her home once they learned of this, and she will have a September 2 hearing.

WrestlingObserver.com adds that the loud argument took place after the husband and wife returned to the hotel from a Saturday night party, and that the two booked separate hotel rooms before the police eventually arrived. WWE found out the next day (Monday), and she will likely be suspended until she is cleared (something her lawyer believes will happen).
