Sengoku 14 took place earlier today from Toyoko’s Ryogoku Kokugikan, broadcast live in North American on HD Net. The event was headlined by the rematch for the Sengoku Middleweight Title between Jorge Santiago and Kazuo Misaki, with Santiago winning in the fifth round in what is being called one of the matches of the year (we unfortunate people in the UK have yet to see it yet). Those with HDNET can watch the replay on Friday 27th August at 10pm.

Hatsu Hioki defeated Jeff Lawson by Submission (Triangle Choke) 2:09 R1.

Taisuke Okuno defeated Nick Thompson by KO (Left Hook) 4.33 R3 to advance to the next stage of the Welterweight GP

Yasubey Enomoto defeated Kenta Takagi by Submission (Bulldog Choke) 0.53 R1 to advance to the next stage of the Welterweight GP

Leonardo Santos defeated Sotaro Yamada by Disqualification (Knees to Groin) 3:56 R1

Takuya Sato defeated Motoki Miyazawa by Unanimous Decision

Shintaro Ishiwatari defeated Kil Woo Lee by Submission (Guillotine Choke) 2:20 R1 to advance to the next stage of the Bantamweight GP

Shoko Sato defeated Takuya Eizumi by TKO (Doctor Stoppage) 1:38 R2 to advance to the next stage of the Bantamweight GP
