The NCAA made their ruling today, and it’s not good news for the Bulldogs or Green.
The NCAA announced that AJ Green would be suspended for 3 more games for selling his independence bowl jersey to an individual that the NCAA considered an agent.
“I want to apologize to my coaches, teammates and the Georgia fans for the mistake in judgment,” Green said in a statement. “I very much regret all that has taken place and the distraction that¹s been caused.”
Georgia’s AD confirmed that the university will appeal the suspension on behalf of Green.
