Campbell was injured Friday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Campbell was injured on a hit from Penguins Eric Tangradi and will undergo an MRI Sunday to determine the extent of the injury.
“It was a shoulder-to-shoulder hit,” Tangradi said after the game. “I think his skate may have gotten caught.”
Campbell scored 38 points for the Blackhawks last season.
