Grey and me were both there. Got a lot of pictures of people in costume, so figured I would share them!
Deadpool looks confused!
The Doctor was right. Fezes are cool!
If you don’t know who this is, you did not watch enough Nickelodeon.
Either Thor’s hammer is rather big, or this worthy woman was rather tiny…
I was so busy taking a picture of Incognito Deadpool, I didn’t even see Ash and Picachu standing there:
Spider-Man was too famous to get close enough to me for a photo op. The movies really changed him.
Sailor something or another…I think…
It’s not a convention without random Jedi!
The blade (which you can’t see) was retractable. This was probably my favorite costume (other than the chick dressed as Mary Marvel…more on her later).
All right, Sam. You win. This costume really does look odd.
I actually had to chase this guy down to get this picture. And then he holds the sign in front of his head so I can’t get the hair. ::sigh::
Poor thirsty ServBots. And Doug gets in the shot again!
This costume was great….though Lion-O really has let himself go….
This guy even had a SHIELD ID. He made a great Fury! There was a great Black Widow off to the side, but she was gone before I could get a picture. Spies are cool like that.
This was the first thing I saw when we got to the Javitts Center. I knew it was gonna be a fun day!
Some freak dressed as Mary Marvel! Uhm…the same freak who drove down to pick me up and drove me to the convention. Thanks, Sis!
And my own lame contribution. I was surprised by how much I liked these rings. I ended up wearing them both the rest of the day. Got the green one from the DC Booth (they were doing some kind of four corners scavenger hunt….but the system was down, so the guy took pity on me. THANKS!), and the red one from outside the Young Justice panel. Appropriate since I didn’t get in the panel (too many people).
Not pictured (Once I got inside, I got lazy and stopped taking pictures): A stunningly gorgeous girl in this Star Sapphire outfit:
Several Emma Frosts who did not look good in those outfits (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! At least I hope you do).
Three different guys wearing T-Shirts with Jamie Madrox’s logo. My brother in law and I found this way funnier than we should have. They weren’t even together. I am now determined to get them for everyone going to San Diego Comic Con with us!
