An update on Desmond Wolfe is that TNA has plans to bring him back soon. He has been, in his time off, doing some stand-up comedy at open mic spots in the Tampa/Orlando area. This led to rumors he was going to retire and become a stand-up comedian, but he has no plans of retiring right now.
