UFC Seeks the “Secret Recipe” for Success in Kentucky?

The process is already underway in UFC’s search for a host city and venue for “UFC on Versus 3.” According to a report at MMA Junkie, the promotion might be head to Louisville, Kentucky, specifically the KFC Yum! Center or Freedom Hall.

The main event of the evening is supposed to be a welterweight encounter between The Ultimate Fighter winner Diego Sanchez and Martin Kampmann. Kampmann is coming off a split decision loss to Jake Shields at UFC 121, and at that same event, Sanchez defeated Paulo Thiago via unanimous decision.

“UFC on Versus 3″ will also feature two middleweight fights, C.B. Dollaway vs. Mark Munoz and Alessio Sakara vs. Maiquel Falcao.

This would be the UFC’s first trip to Kentucky.
