I was very surprised to see this figure this morning! Rot Lop Fan’s first appearance written by Alan Moore is one of my all time favorite comic stories. He’s a pretty cleverly designed character, a blind Green Lantern. Since he can’t see light, Katma Tui designed him a ring that works with sound instead.
