Awesome Kong, as she was billed in TNA, attempted to trademark that name. TNA fought it, noting that she was Amazing Kong in the indies prior to TNA. Kong failed to reply to TNA’s block of this, so she lost her trademark to the “Awesome,” although she can still be Amazing Kong. It’s likely irrelevant as she has since signed with WWE who usually give independent talents their own WWE-branded names.
