Judson ‘Fabio’ Birza might be following the footsteps of another Survivor winner too closely… as he is in jail.
TMZ reports that the 21-year-old was arrested the afternoon of Jan. 19, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Apparently, he wasn’t driving but “acting strangely.”
After being booked, he was also charged for an unrelated DUI warrant and a probation violation. He’s currently being held on a $37,000 bail.
