1. Social Network was completely and totally robbed in every regard. It was a travesty that David Fincher was not recognized for directing one of the most compelling films of the modern generation and don’t even get me started on the best picture category. The Academy went with the safe choice as per usual.
2. Why wasn’t Corey Haim mentioned in the tribute to people lost over the past year?
3. James Franco and Anne Hathaway were even worse than expected and let’s just say that Franco might have taken his Spider-Man role as the Green Goblin too far.
4. Billy Crystal stole the show.

6. Can anyone believe that Melissa Leo dropped the F-Bomb? It aired live and unfiltered in Canada and the whole exchange between her and Douglas made it the most awkward moment of the evening.
7. Natalie Portman was the obvious choice.
8. Happy for Christian Bale, but you had to feel for Geoffrey Rush.
