Inside Pulse Best TV Character Tournament – Championship Round Voting Begins

Features, Shows

The Final Four round voting has ended and we now have our Final 2 characters. The final “Cinderella” character has fallen and we are left with two #1 seeds facing off against each other in the finals. Lets get right to breaking down the Final Four action!

Both of the Semi-Final matchups weren’t really that close. Lots of Sheldon Cooper and Barney Stinson fans flooded the voting page to cast their votes for them. So in the end, Sheldon ended Marshal’s “Cinderella” run with 80% of the vote, and Barney defeated fellow #1 seed, Dexter, with 67% of the vote. That sets up the #1 overall seed, Sheldon Cooper, vs. the #3 overall seed, Barney Stinson, in the Finals.

Who will become the Best TV Character today? Now that lots of Sheldon and Barney fans are spreading the word about this tournament to other fellow fans, which fan base will outlast the other? Either way, both Barney and Sheldon are great characters and basically “make” the show they are on. It’s also only fitting that the final two characters are both on CBS shows, since CBS is the most watched network today.

If you don’t know what this is all about, go back to the First Round Voting Page, Second Round Voting Page, Third Round Voting Page, and Fourth Round Voting Page, and Elite 8 Round Voting Page, Final 4 Voting Page and get all of the details there. If you did vote in the first four rounds, you should already know, so go check out the updated bracket for yourself by going here:

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
