Peter Jackson has released another 10 minute video blog on the continued production of The Hobbit which stars Martin Freeman, Richard Armitage, Ian McKellen, Andy Serkis, Orlando Bloom and Cate Blanchett.
This time Jackson has interviewed several production staff members about their break in filming. Jackson split the production into three time frames since The Hobbit is planned for an epic 254-day schedule.
Jackson also does some scouting of certain locations for the next production. The staff visited over thirty locations for their scouting work including forests, mountains and rivers in New Zealand.
Plot Summary: The film follows Bilbo Baggins, a Hobbit who journeys to the Lonely Mountain accompanied by a group of dwarves to reclaim a treasure taken from them by the dragon Smaug.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be in theaters on December 14 next year. The second part The Hobbit: There and Back Again will follow in theaters on December 13, 2013.
