I spotted the mystery woman in Static Shock. Look outside the window in the top panel. Sorry the scan quality isn’t better.

Thanks, Eric O! That is a bit of a strange one. Most of the time DC seems to be trying to make her hard to find, but she’s just hanging outside the window. She might as well be holding a sign that says, “Hi!”
