The first film clip of The Adventures of Tintin has surfaced online at Digital Spy.
Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson have partnered on this first of what will be a series (three in all) of 3D motion-capture films. Jamie Bell stars as the intrepid young reporter Tintin who, along with his dog Snowy, has globe-trotting adventures full of peril and intrigue. Daniel Craig plays the nefarious Red Rackham. The international cast also includes Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Toby Jones.
The Adventures of Tintin was created by Georges Remi, better known to the world by his pen name “Herge.” High adventure hits U.S. theaters just in time for Christmas on December 23, 2011.
