WBCP signs the firm as worldwide master toy and game partner.

Warner Bros. Consumer Products has announced that The Bridge Direct has won the worldwide master toy and game licensing rights for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: There and Back Again.

The deal covers action figures play-sets and role play items and more. Products will go to retail in autumn 2012, timed to hit shelves before the release of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on December 14th.
