Mark your calendars, game fans. In January of next year, the next edition of the popular MMA franchise, UFC Undisputed 3, will hit store shelves with a ton of great action and pre-order rewards. Users will even be able to go back to the glorious days of PRIDE (with commentary from Bas Rutten) where soccer kicks and stomps were legal strikes on a grounded opponent.
*Sigh*
This year’s edition will also feature two new weight classes as the featherweight and bantamweight divisions will make their first appearance in the game.
THQ has released the Heavyweight roster and there seem to be some omissions. Some glaring omissions. Since the game was probably very far into development when Alistair Overeem signed, I understand that one, but how could they leave out Matt Mitrione and include Pat Barry? How are Sean McCorkle and Gabriel Gonzaga included? Ugh. (sorry Pat!):
