The Velvet Underground have filed a lawsuit against the Andy Warhol Foundation over unauthorized usage of their iconic banana logo.  The Andy Warhol Foundation has licensed the banana to a variety of companies for merchandising purposes, including iPad cases.  The band accuses the Foundation of deceiving the public into thinking they approve of such things.
