Garth Brooks Awarded $1 Million In Lawsuit Against Hospital
by JodiLynn on January 26, 2012

Garth Brooks has won a lawsuit against an Oklahoma hospital and was awarded $1 million in punitive damages as a result.  He had previously paid the hospital $500,000 in exchange for having a building named after his mother, yet no such naming ever occurred.  The hospital insists that they tried to return the cheque, but Garth was busy in the life of Chris Gaines at the time and wouldn’t accept it.
