WWE SmackDown TV Preview (Non-Spoiler) for 2.10.12 (Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton)

News, Previews

The following two items are on tap for tonight’s TV episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown:

–The Viper Randy Orton will face off against World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan in the TV main event for tonight.

–With the SmackDown Elimination Chamber PPV title match all set, what will the six participants do on Friday to gain an edge on their adversaries?

CB’s Slant: With only one officially advertised match, WWE is clearly banking on Orton vs. Bryan to draw enough viewers without having to promote much else.

Also, now that Mark Henry is suspended from SmackDown and written off the show for the foreseeable future, perhaps we’ll see if Jack Newbury was right when he admonished Blair Douglas and said MARK HENRY = RATINGS. In other words, if the ratings for this week’s show take a huge nosedive, we’ll know why, right Jack?
