Teen Titans #6 introduced us to Detective Jocelyn Lure, a cop with a lot of interest in the Teen Titans, especially Kid Flash.
Why?
Well, in the comic we find out that Jocelyn Lure speaks Interlac (the language of the 31st Century) and seems to have some knowledge about Kid Flash as a criminal from the future:
The name Jocelyn Lure wasn’t ringing any bells for me…but…dark skin…from the 31st Century future…connection to Kid Flash. I am really hoping that this ends up being Relaunch’s version of XS (one of my favorite Legion members). LLTL!!
