As assumed by many, the relationship between The Rock and John Cena behind the scenes isn’t one of them being good friends. It is said that while the two are professional with each one another, there is genuine tension on show nights. Reports claim that the tension between the two was becoming more noticeable and intensified in the weeks leading up to Survivor Series.
One former WWE insider who has worked with both The Rock and Cena said “They aren’t buddy-buddy, that’s for sure. I’ve heard they’ve disagreed about a lot of things. They aren’t big fans of one another personally, but they are willing to carry on with business.”
Quick Quip: I mentioned earlier in my Raw Quick Quips that some of the shots and looks the two superstars where giving one another were more intense than normal. But hey, it makes for good (I’d say great) TV & both guys keep it professional, everything should be fair game.
