Recently, wrestlers who participated in a talent evaluation with WWE were asked to write down the 10 most embarrassing and/or humiliating things they thought could possibly happen to them in the company. Steve Lombardi, who oversaw the evaluation with William Regal, then told them that more than likely everything they came up with, will occur at one point or another if they make it to the main roster. They must therefore decide whether working for the WWE, at the risk of being humiliated, is something they want out of life.
Quick Quip: This ideal extended far beyond just the locker room. If you’re going to work for the WWE, expect to be hazed.
