Chris Daughtry is being sued by ex-bandmates from Absent Element, a band he fronted before his American Idol stardom. The musicians claim that they were not properly credited for writing the song “Breakdown” off of Daughtry’s first CD, as it was essentially constructed from an Absent Element song of the same name. Expect Nickelback to sue next for ripping off their entire catalogue.
