People are apparently over Madonna’s new CD already. The album, MDNA, dropped from 350,000 units sold in the first week to 46,000 in the second week, a stunning 88% collapse. Sales were bolstered by a special deal where copies were bundled with tickets to her concerts, which means that the more realistic number for the first week would have been in the 175,000 range. Or perhaps the CD just isn’t very good.
