New Nicola Scott Interior In-Color Earth 2 Art & Huge E2 / Worlds’ Finest Art Drop (Superman / Batman / WW)
by John Babos on April 24, 2012

During C2E2 earlier this month, DC Comics Co-Publisher was showing fans in line for a Geoff Johns autograph session a colored preview copy of Earth 2 #1.

Newsarama has a video interview with DiDio in which he flips past the Bryan Hitch Earth 2 #1 cover (hard to make it out, but DC released it yesterday) as well as an interior page featuring Earth 2′s Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman. I’ve captured those images for you at right.

For the full video and listening to Dan DiDio gush over Nicola Scott’s interior art, please visit Newsarama here.

Looks like the James Robinson penned and Nicola Scott pencilled Earth 2 starts with a bang as the Parademons on the Ivan Reis cover to #1 also show up in the book. Can Darkseid be far behind?

DC also released a black and white page from the issue yesterday that can be found here. In addition, BuzzFeed has 28 planted / leaked pics from DC Comics Second Wave #1 titles including three pages (one, two & three) from Earth 2 #1 and five pages (one, two, three, four & five) from Worlds’ Finest #1 among many others including Ravagers concept art by Jim Lee here.

I’m really excited for Earth 2 and Worlds’ Finest as you already know.

May can’t come soon enough.
