Bret Michaels Settles Lawsuit Against CBS and Tony Awards

After sustaining a head injury in 2009, Bret Michaels has settled a lawsuit against producers of the Tony Awards and CBS. He was injured after performing with his band Poison, along with the cast of Rock of Ages. His head collided with a piece of the set,  he suffered from a broken nose and required three stitches in his lip. Michaels also claimed that the injury played a role in the hemmorhage and stroke that almost killed him in 2010. The details of the settlement will not be released.
