Urijah Faber’s UFC 148 Opponent to Be Announced on Friday’s “The Ultimate Fighter: Live”

On this Friday’s episode of “The Ultimate Fighter: Live”, UFC President Dana White stated on a recent conference call that we will find out who will face Urijah Faber for the interim UFC Bantamweight strap at UFC 148.

Dominick Cruz, the current UFC Bantamweight champion, was injured and forced out of his contest at UFC 148 after an ACL tear, thus putting a damper on a potential third fight in their trilogy.

The top three contenders to fight Faber include Renan Barao, Michael McDonald and Ivan Menjivar.
