LOS ANGELES – On the American Idol finale red carpet, I had the chance to talk with the hottest producer in reality television today, Thom Beers, the creator of Storage Wars, Around The World In 80 Ways, Deadliest Catch, and Ice Road Truckers. We discussed the nature of reality television and what he thinks about the Texas spin-off of Storage Wars. That was before Barry Weiss joined the interview and I asked him how much he thought he could get for my styrofoam microphone. The interview is pretty funny!
