Wedding bells will soon be sounding for Miley Cyrus and new fiance Liam Hemsworth. The Hunger Games star popped the question last week, presenting Miley with a 3.5 carat ring from Neil Lane. No date has been set as of yet, Miley is 19 years old, and Liam is 22. Miley says: “I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam.”
