Justin Bieber is being slapped with a lawsuit suing him for $9 million. An Oregon woman is claiming that her hearing was permanently damaged by a screaming fan at one of Bieber’s concerts. The woman claims that she suffers from “hearing loss, severe tinnitus and hyperacusis (an oversensitivity to certain frequency ranges of sound) in both ears.” There is no word yet from Bieber’s rep.
