Truly the only law in the land is now the law of the BIEBS.  After receiving a speeding ticket while fleeing a photographer in LA, Justin Bieber’s case may test a 2010 law enacted to limit the activities of pararazzi.  So yes, Bieber was doing 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone, but it was, like, totally the photographer’s fault.
