Stephen Amell is about to become one of the most recognized television faces in America.

The actor landed the title role in CTV Two/The CW’s new comic book adaptation series, Arrow.  Amell plays Oliver Queen, a rich playboy who was presumed dead after a shipwreck.  The rich kid returns to his Starling City after a five-year absence but with a new set of ideals and principles.  Upon his reentry into everyday society, Queen sets out to correct all the wrongs of his family by adopting the Arrow personna.

I caught up with Amell at the at the CTV Upfront on May 31, 2012 at the Sony Centre For The Performing Arts. Amell compares my purple suit to the Joker in Batman or Mr. Glass in Unbreakable and I ask him what I need to become a superhero.
