Hal Jordan. John Stewart. Guy Gardner. Kyle Rayner. These are the DC Comics New 52’s four Earth Born Green Lanterns.
We recently also saw the debut of Simon Baz as the first Earth Born Islamic GL. However, 2013 sees the debut of what is believed to be yet another human GL: Jediah Caul. The character debuts in January’s Green Lantern New Guardians Annual #1 by writer Keith Giffen and artist Scott Kolins.

I assume that the GL on the cover of the New Guardians is Jediah Caul, but it also could be new threads for Kyle Rayner. We’ll know more soon.
Following that, Jediah takes the anchor position in a new ongoing DC New 52 title called “Threshold” set in outer space that will feature the reintroduction of many classic DC sci-fi characters. Giffen and artist Tom Raney will handle the first 20 pages featuring Jediah and other sci-fi characters. The back 10 pages of issue will still have Giffen writing, but with Kolins on art for an ongoing co-feature with Orange Lantern a.k.a. Agent Orange Larfleeze.
