WWE referee Brad Maddox will finally explain himself on this Monday’s live episode of Monday Night Raw. At the Hell In A Cell PPV last Sunday, Maddox struck Ryback with a low blow and then quick-counted 1-2-3 to give CM Punk a controversial victory that enabled Punk to escape the Hell In A Cell cage with his WWE Championship.
