Nate ‘The Great” Marquardt’s first defense of his Strikeforce title in what’s been rumored to be the final card for the promotion has apparently been scheduled for January 12. Tarec Saffiedine has been linked as his opponent. Also on that card Luke Rockhold will defend his middleweight title against Lorenz Larkin as well. No official announcement nor has a location been named.
